Nomination Form

General Information

  • Compelling nominations include detailed, descriptive examples to get the point across. For instance, “They are an excellent coworker” is much more supportive and convincing when followed with specific information about what makes them a great coworker.
  • Nominations can be in essay form or a bulleted list. When using either format, please be at detailed as possible.
  • Nominators must identify themselves, but may request to have their name concealed from the nominee for anonymity.
  • Each nomination is placed in the nominee’s personnel file regardless of whether or not they receive an Award.
  • Faculty and The Ross Leadership Team (directly report to Dean) are not eligible for this award.
