Creating and Using a Profile (Faculty and Staff Only)

STEP 1
After Logging Into the Crestron Touch Panel, set all of the room options such as lighting, shades, and projector sources to the settings you desire.

NOTE: For Lighting, only presets will be saved in profiles and not individual selections.

Press the "Create/Modify Profiles" button on the Profiles bar.

STEP 2
You will be prompted to verify that the system is set the way you want it. Press "Next".

STEP 3
Select the button to which you want to assign the profile you are creating. (1 through 6) Press "Next".

STEP 4
Use the on screen keyboard to enter a name for your profile. Press "Save".
You will see a prompt when the profile save is complete. Press "Close" to close the prompt.
The Profile button that you selected to save this profile to will now have the name you have given it below it.

To Use a Profile You Alread​y Created

STEP 1:
Profiles are only available if you have logged into the Crestron Touch Panel and have previously created one or more.
Press the Profile button for the profile you wish to use.
All of the settings that you stipulated when you created the Profile will automatically take place.
 

To Edit a Previously Created Profile

STEP 1:
First be sure that you have logged into Profiles.
Press the "Create/Modify Profiles" button on the Profiles bar.
Press "Next"

STEP 2:
Press the button for the Profile you wish to edit. Press "Next".

STEP 3:
The following prompt will appear. If you do want to change the profile you've selected, press "Confirm".
You can now change the Profile name if you wish to do so by entering it using the on screen keyboard. Press "Save" when finished.

STEP 4:
The following prompt will appear. Press "Close" to close this prompt.
The Profile button you selected to change will now have the new name you have given it as well and any new settings you've made.
