Benito Olmos, Manager - Och Fitness Center

Benito holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree (Campinas State University, Sao Paulo, Brazil) in physical education majoring in sports training. Additionally, he has completed course work in sports management, nutrition, judo, karate and sports nutrition. He had a diverse career in Brazil, he is the author of several books (Fitness Management and  Resistance Training Programs Prescription ; Sports Training Methodology, Anti-Doping Programs). He was the IFBB Brazil (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) scientific director and he is an experienced public speaker, university teacher and fitness consultant. Benito is passionate about healthy living and fitness. Benito has a diverse background and spans a variety of management roles in the Fitness and Sport industry . In addition to English, he is fluent in Portuguese and speaks Spanish.

Prince Cassadine, Certified Fitness Trainer - International Sports Science Association (ISSA)

Prince has been working in the fitness industry for over 2 years. He started his new career after being medically discharged from the Army, where he served as a Combat Medic, stationed in Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. He holds his certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), an industry-leading institution. ISSA's Leadership includes Doctor Victor L. Katch, former Professor of Kinesiology and Associate Professor of Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Michigan, School of Medicine. Prince is currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science. Throughout high school and college, Prince has participated in sports such as football, basketball, track, baseball, soccer, and power lifting/weightlifting. Fitness has been a major part of his life since he was 13 years old.

Dajanae Gaston, Certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance 200hr Certification - Life Power Yoga

Dajanae holds a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Development from Eastern Michigan University. She began her journey on her yoga mat 6 years ago. She received her certification through Life Power Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2016, and began leading classes immediately. She is currently obtaining her doula certification through Dona International. Her purpose in life is to nurture, nourish and love humanity. Through conscious intention, meditation, pranayama and asana she guides each student to the transformation of an equanimous mind, a compassionate heart, and a sense of self acceptance. Dajanae is AHA First Aid, CPR & AED certified.

Ben Harrison, Certified Personal Trainer, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist - National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Growing up as an athlete, Ben spent his childhood and formative years competing in any sport he could get into. Over the years, he has received training in a variety of workout techniques, maintaining an emphasis on safety and methods/modules. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a global leader in evidence-based certifications and advanced specializations. Ben holds documented specializations in youth exercise and mixed martial arts conditioning, continuing to add on new specializations each year. He had this to say about his fitness philosophy: "I believe that wellness, like everything else, starts with a solid foundation, so I like to devise exercise programs focused on core strength. I mix flexibility, light cardio, and weight training to better help my clients reach their goals, with me and on their own." When he is not at the Och Fitness Center, Ben is active in the community as an assistant middle school wrestling coach and the head coach of their youth program.

Jerricca Hawkins, Certified Personal Trainer

Jerricca has received her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in Sports Medicine Exercise Science. While attending, she was a four year student athlete and was involved in various clubs, including the Exercise Science Organization. She enjoys horseback riding, skiing, and weight lifting. Jerricca works with clients of any fitness level and athletic capability, ranging from arthritic to athletic. Her biomechanical approach to working out ensures that all exercises are performed correctly and safely. She offers programs to achieve a variety of individual goals and needs, and has a lot of experience in developing "boot camp" exercise routines.
