How to Use ‘Scan-to-Email’

This allows you to use a Konica printer at Ross to scan a document and then have it sent as an attachment to your UM email.

Log In By Pressing “Log In/Out” and then Swiping Your M-Card or Entering Your UMID

To Scan to Email:

  1. Lay your document face up on the feeder tray or face down on the scanning bed
  2. Press the “Scan/Fax” button Adjust scanning settings, if desired
  3. Press the “Start” button
  4. Your document will be sent to your UM email address as a file attachment

Log Out by pressing the “Log In/Out” button.
