Ross IT Support is the frontline support of the Computing Services Department. They are the team that maintains all of the technology provided by Ross. Our knowledgeable staff can assist in troubleshooting computer problems, answer questions, and work to resolve any issues relating to Ross technology.

Virtual Computer Lab
There are many classes at Ross that require specialized software. Ross IT offers students of the Ross School of Business access to connect using your laptop or iPad to the Ross Virtual Computer Lab via internet connection.
The virtual lab machines function the same as any laptop or desktop machine provided by Ross IT. Please note that the Virtual Computer Lab is accessible only to Ross Students, by providing your UM credentials. For more information, see link below:
University of Michigan offers a variety of printing options. The first being the browser base printing solution known as MPrint. This web based solution allows for you to queue up your document to be retrieved from any printer on campus. The second option is the Follow-Me printing solution. The Follow Me print feature offers both on-demand and secure printing by sending your job to the "Follow Me" queue. To use both MPrint & Follow-Me, see link below:
