Set Up Printing (Alternate Methods)

If you're unable to successfully configure the Ross-FollowU printer using the recommended methods, you may try the following alternate solutions.  Remember, no matter which printer installation method you use, you have to be connected to the RossWirelessUM network to print to Ross-FollowU.

Windows

Click here to download the Windows file. After it's downloaded, run the file and follow the prompts to complete installation.

After installation, you will see an icon on your desktop (shown below), labeled "Connect To Ross-FollowU."  Keep this icon on your desktop... you will need to double-click and run this each day you want to print at Ross.

Mac OS

If the automated, recommended printer installation utility for Mac does not work, these instructions will walk you through installing the printer manually depending on which version of the OS you're using.
