Classroom Support

Computing Services and the Operations Office agree to work together to provide full support for classroom technology directed related to the technical readiness of the room and associated equipment.

Executive Education Computing Lab

Our Service Level Agreement governs decision-making by Computing Services staff in relation to supporting the Executive Education Computing Lab. This SLA will take effect November 7, 2003. Computing Services agrees to setup and maintain the laptops that make up the EE Computing Lab and ensure that events held in W0750 run smoothly and efficiently.

This document contains a detailed agreement between "Computing Services" (hereafter CS) and Faculty, Staff, and Students (hereafter FSS) about the variety and quality of services provided by CS at Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (Ross).
