Trainer Bios

 

Heidi K. Schultz CPT, CMT: Fitness/Massage Practitioner

Heidi studied massage therapy at the Health Enrichment Center where she specialized in both therapeutic and sports massage. She graduated as an Advanced Practitioner of Massage Therapy and went on to complete internships at both the world renowned IMG/Bollettieri Academy in Bradenton, FL, and with the Detroit Lions football team. Heidi has always been willing to research new and different ideas, and when she discovered how beneficial Pilates was to her own health and strength goals, she wanted to share it with her clients. Heidi completed her Pilates apprenticeship in 2009, and now holds the distinction of being a 3rd Generation NY Pilates Instructor and active member of the U.S.P.A. (United States Pilates Association). Throughout her career, Heidi has worked with diverse populations ranging from clients suffering with chronic conditions looking for pain management to athletes looking to improve their performance. As a result, she has the ability to develop a 360 degree approach to increasing the fitness of her clients in multiple aspects of their lives. Heidi’s goal is to always provide her clients with a balanced and scientifically-based approach to health and wellness. 

 

Trevan Davis CPT

Trevan has over 8 years of fitness industry experience in both training and sales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Otterbein University and will soon hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. He is a nationally certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and holds a BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Trevan’s years of involvement in athletics gives him a strong base from which he trains his clients. He has worked with a broad range of clientele from children to seniors and high level athletes. He loves to push the advanced client through high intensity sessions, but also knows how to educate and motivate the novice client. Whether you’re the regular at the gym looking to break a plateau or change up an old routine, the beginner just getting started, or the one getting back on track from an exercise hiatus, Trevan is here to help you reach your fitness goals.
