Circuit Training

Circuit training provides a great time efficient workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Participants can expect to work upper body, lower body, and core muscles through a circuit of exercises timed in specific intervals. Circuit training maximizes caloric burn and works the cardiovascular system by keeping you moving. The class is high intensity in nature but exercises can be modified for all levels of fitness. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build muscle or just get in shape, circuit training can help you reach your fitness goals!

Yoga

Taught in a vinyasa style, each posture in this practice is sequenced to flow together. There is always a focus on breath, whether it be moving with each breath or breathing through a posture. The goal is to maintain a steady and calm breath throughout the practice. Emphasis on certain areas of the body or working toward a peak pose will change from week to week. Variations or alternatives will always be offered for beginners or more advanced practitioners.

Pilates

This class is based on the method of Classical Pilates conditioning. It focuses on the awareness and engagement the abdominal, gluteal, and postural muscles of the body. Participants will be instructed with an emphasis on both form and technique. Beginners are welcome and extremely fit individuals WILL be challenged. Come join the fun…no equipment required.
